Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please reference NMA100-02-Q-0010 with your quote and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06. This solicitation is not a set-aside. The NAICS code is 334611. The National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) intend to purchase the following for 12 months of maintenance: MAILsweeper for SMPT, WEBsweeper, 24x7 Emergency Support SMTP, and 24x7 Emergency Support WEB. Delivery is FOB destination to Bethesda, Maryland within 30 days of the order. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition with no addenda. This acquisition is on a low cost technically acceptable basis. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with no addenda. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. See note 22.
