- Description
- Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 7,Augusta, Georgia, requires the purchase of one (1) urodynamics system. The system must be able to perform accurate urdynamic studies; must be durable to process 500-600 urodynamic studies per year for the life expectancy of the unit; must be able to perform neurophysiological assessments; must have fluoroscopic/video capability and must interface with all major brands of imaging tables; must provide for standing flowmetry; must providefor post editing; must do urethral pressure profiles; must have multi-measeurement channels; Pves, Pabd, Pdet, Pura, Qura, EMG, Pclo, Vura, Vinf, Qinf; on-line site repair within 24 hours of notification; initial on site training for a maximum of five (5) users; at delivery and installation vendor will supply all ancillary devices and supplies required to operate system at its maximum capabilities; must be user friendly, unitized and compact; printer should be traction feed and use ribbon cartridge; printer paper should be 3 ply. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 339112 with a size standard of 500 employees. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 15, 2002. Requests for hardcopy solicitation must be in writing to the contracting officer. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. FAX requests will be accepted at 706-481-6741. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and faxed to the contracting officer. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be available at the URL addresses.
