Description

NA This solicitation will result in a Requirements Contract to Repair and Maintain On-Post Rail System, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The Contractor shall be required to provide all labor, transportation, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform maintenance and repairs on railroad trackage. Work includes, but is not limited to the, following: selective replacement of track sections, control of vegetation, repair of the ballast, maintenance of the track components, general track improv ements and other incidental work in support of major/minor tasks. A base year and three option periods is contemplated. The estimated value of the contract for all period is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS is 234990/$28.5 Million. This acquisition is subject to the Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988; therefore, this acquisition will be solicited on an Unrestricted basis. Subsequent award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Pro gram.
