Description

NA PROCURE AIR AND MISSLE DEFENSE TRAINING FOR PATRIOT UNITS AT FORT BLISS, TEXAS. The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Bliss, Texas is synopsizing for award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract (Performance Based) for 1 Base Yea r (15 May 2002 ? 14 May 2003) and 4 Option Years. This solicitation is Full and Open Competition and the contractor must complete a DD 254 Form (Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification) prior to award. A Pre-Solicitation brie fing will be conducted on 2 April 2002, 2:00 p.m. in Building 2021 Club Road (Directorate of Contracting), Fort Bliss, Texas. All interested contractors should attend this meeting. This Statement of Work defines the requirements for the Air and Missile De fense Training in support of PATRIOT units at Fort Bliss, Texas. They will develop scenarios and Master Events Lists (MEL) that support wartime missions, including supporting documentation to drive the MEL. Contractors will deploy with units to the field, observe, coach, teach and control training, facilitate After Action Reviews (conducted/completed IAW 101-5 ), and provide take home packets to facilitate future training. Soldiers may be used, as necessary, to facilitate planning & evaluation requirements . Develop and forward Lessons Learned. The SIC code is 8748, NAICS 541618, $6.0 M. Request for solicitation must be made in writing and accompanied by a Money Order or Cashier Check in the amount $25.00. Faxed,telephone or email request will not be acce pted. Money Order/Cashier Checks will be made out to Disbursing Officer. Proposals need to be submitted NLT 6 May 2002 (10:00 a.m.).
