Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Counterintelligence Division (CD) in Washington, D.C., requires the services of two Psychologists and one Psychiatrist on a multi-award basis, who have doctorate degrees in the field psychology or psychiatry, and a minimum of five years experience in conducting psychological and psychiatric assessments of individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds. Candidates for this contract should have excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, as well as thorough grounding in the use of standard personality assessment techniques for both direct and indirect assessments. The contractor's services will be required on a strictly as-needed basis to provide professional psychological/psychiatric and behavioral assessment of individuals who are the subjects of FBI investigations, and the contractor shall be available, if necessary, to provide expert testimony in court on behalf of the FBI. The FBI contemplates an award of labor hour contracts with a fixed hourly rate for a base year plus four additional option years. A Secret security clearance and a polygraph examination are required. The principal place of performance will be FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C., although occasional travel to any of the fifty-six FBI Field Offices may be required.
