Description

NA Conduct an advanced maneuvering program designed to give pilots hands-on experience recognizing, prevention of, and recovering from extreme unusual attitudes caused by spatial disorientation, microburst encounters, windshear, icing, control malfunctions, w ake turbulence, and spins. The North American Industry Classification System Code applicable to this acquisition is 611512. The small business size standard is $21.5 M dollars annual average gross revenue of the concern for the last 3 fiscal years. This request for quotations (RFQ) will be issued electronically and is available for viewing at the following web site: http://ccmd.hood.army.mil. Requests for hard copies (paper) of the RFQ are discouraged, however, they will not be denied, if the request i s in writing, email or facsimile. Request must include company name, address, phone number, point of contact, facsimile number and email address, name of person requesting quotation, and indicate that your company is not currently on the List of Parties E xcluded from Federal Procurement Nonprocurement Programs. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Contracting Command. Tentative issue date of the RFQ is 01 APR 02.
