Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to repair east elevator Building 603, NAS Pensacola as follows: a. Replace elevator jack packing (seal) and pump piston. Bagby Elevator Company originally installed this elevator and the pump piston manufacturer is EECO. b. Contractor shall have an independent, state certified elevator inspector certify the elevator prior to acceptance by the Government. c. All work must conform to industry standards, and must meet state, federal and local laws and industry regulations.
