Description
DFSP Pohang (UY7257): Contractor is responsible for the operation, maintenance, security, safety and plant protection of the U.S. Navy TACAIR Fuel Storage Site, Pohang, Korea. The U.S. Navy TACAIR Fuel Storage Site is a tank farm complex with a shell capacity of 175,381 barrels (173,000 barrels for bulk storage and 2,381 barrels for two-day tanks) and essentially consists of a tank farm located on Young-il Mae Bay next to Pohang Steel Company (POSCO) pier. The closest city is Pohang, which is approximately three miles northeast of the ROK Naval Base on which the USMC TACAIR Fuel Storage Site is located, off Highway seven heading south to 981, 904 or 906. DFSP Yechon (UY7256): Contractor is responsible for the operation, maintenance, security, safety and plant protection of the U.S. Navy TACAIR Fuel Storage Site, Yechon, Korea. The U.S. Navy TACAIR Fuel Storage Site is a tank farm complex with a shell capacity of 169,000 barrels and essentially consists of a tank farm located on Yechon ROK Air Force Base. The closest city is Chumchon, which is approximately eight miles west of Highway Number 34. DFSP Kunsan (UY7255): Contractor is responsible for the operation, maintenance, security, safety and plant protection of DFSP Kunsan (UY7255), Korea. DFSP Kunsan (UY7255) is a tank farm complex located in Kunsan, Korea with a shell capacity of 30,000 barrels. The terminal essentially consists of a main terminal area (approximately 1.185 acres), a terminal manifold system which connects the terminal to the Hyundai Oil Company pier facility by an underground pipeline system and to Kunsan Air Base by an underground pipeline system, and a pump station with four 1,100 GPM pumps. DFSP Pyongtaek Laboratory (UY7258): Contractor is responsible for the operation, maintenance, security, safety and plant protection of the Government-owned Laboratory Pyongtaek, Korea. The Government-owned Petroleum Fuels Testing Laboratory Pyongtaek, Korea, is a laboratory located in building number S-848 on the Pyongtaek laboratory. The laboratory building is a single story building which is equipped with a laboratory section, an administrative office, latrine facilities and a laboratory supplies and equipment storeroom.
