Description
The Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) intends to issue multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to companies providing services based on the General Services Administration (GSA) contracts awarded under Federal Supply Schedule 874-502, Logistics Worldwide (LOGWORLD). The BPAs will support the sourcing, purchase, and delivery of bill of materials (BOM) for the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center Avionics Manufacturing Facility at Warner Robins, GA on a competitive basis. The facility will send a request for quotes on a BOM to the DSCC BPA holders. The BPA holders will submit a quote within set timeframes to WR for evaluation. The BPA holder offering the best value, that is the one providing the best combination of price, delivery, and past performance as determined by WR will receive the order. Only those contractors with BPAs issued by DSCC for this purpose will be able to quote on an order. BPA holders are expected to comply with all applicable acquisition regulations in performance of the BPA. The BOM may include a variety of items from multiple Federal Supply Classes including but not limited to 4140, 4020, 5300-5399, 5905, 5910, 5915, 5920, 5925, 5930, 5935, 5940, 5945, 5950, 5955, 5961, 5962, 5970, 5975, 5985, 5998, 6145, 6210, 6225, 7690, 8030, and other commercially available items identified on each BOM. The BOM listing and delivery schedule will be defined in each order. Approximately 200 BOM orders are anticipated per year with a delivery destination of Warner Robins AFB, GA. The BPA period is anticipated to run from May 30, 2002 through September 30, 2007 or to the end of the GSA Schedule Contract period whichever is earlier. Written proposals are requested. BPAs will be awarded to the three offerors that offer the best combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources holding a contract under Federal Supply Schedule LOGWORLD 874-502 may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
