- 3120-01-037-5332, YPG01101000914, Bushing. This is a configuration control item to General Electric (07482) part number 9146M89P01. There are two acceptable sources: Tri-Mack (60402) and Dupont Polymer Products (31708). See numbered notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin with Quality Assurance Provision (B02). Critical Item. Requested delivery 60 DARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This RFP will be solicited as a fixed price long term contract (Indefinite Quantity Contract) with a base year and four option years. The estimated annual demand for the base year will be 10000 each and for the four option years it will be 4900 each. The guaranteed minimum for the base year is 2000 each and for the four option years is 820 each. Solicitation issue date is April 5, 2002.
