Description

Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish Project MIN 02-0006, Enclose Stairways Dorms 205/275, At Minot AFB, ND, in accordance with specifications MIN 02-0006, and Drawing sheet 1 thru 8 of 8. Project involves the enclosure of stairs on Dorms 205 and 275 located at 231 Peacekeeper Place and 319 Tanker Trail , Minot AFB, ND. Work is 91% general, 3% mechanical, and 6% electrical. Project magnitude is $250,000 to $500,000. Project solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be made available on or about 26 Apr 02. The complete package will be made available only through the Internet; the address is http://www.eps.gov. Anyone wishing to participate on this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the Internet. Copies will not be mailed out of this office. All amendments will be posted on the Internet. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from the Internet to update their files. Contractors wishing to be placed on a Bidder?s List must make their request, either by fax (701) 723-4173, attention Mr. David Schwaiger, or by e-mail, david.schwaiger@minot.af.mil. This solicitation is issued as full and open competition and is open to both large and small businesses. The applicable small business size standard for interested small business concerns including their affiliates is not more than $28.5 million in average annual receipts for the preceding three years. The North American Industry Classification System code is 023332.
