Description
NA PARTITION SYSTEM, MULTICUBE, COMPOSED OF RIGID POLYEURETHAN FOAM DIVIDERS FOR A 40' X 40' STORAGE AREA. TO BE USED FOR STORAGE OF HIGH EXPLOSIVE MUNITIONS, HAZARD DIVISION CLASS 1.1. FOAM WALL DIVIDERS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: POLYURETHANE FOAM , NO METAL PARTS, ENERGY ABSORBING AND ABLE TO REDUCE EXPLOSIVE FORCE AND DAMAGE. DIVIDERS TO BE JOINED BY A SIMPLE SPLINE JOINT, WILL BE FILLED WITH DRY SAND BALLAST. FOAM DIMENSIONS: 7.0 LBS PER CU FT (+/- 10%); CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: EXCELLENT; SERVIC E TEMP RANGE: -65 DEGREES F TO +140F; COMPRESIVE STRENGTH @ 7.5 DEGREESF (ASTM D-1621); PARALLE TO RISE DIRECTIONS: 150 PSI; PERPENDICULAR TO RISE DIRECTION: 115 PSI; SHEAR STRENGTH @ 75 DEGREES F (ASTM C-273); PARALLEL TO RISE DIRECTION: 87.3 PSI; PER PENDICULAR TO RISE DIRECTION: 66.7 PSI; WATER ABSORPTION:0.060LBS/SF; CLOSED CELL CONTENT: GREATER THAN 96%; FLAME RESISTANCE PER Federal Aviation Regulation 25.853(a)(b): PASSES; ADHESIVE JOINTS BOND SIDEWALL DIVIDERS TO EACH OTHER AND TO BASE DIVIDER, KEVLAR CORDS AND PLYWOOD BUTTONS RESTRAIN DIVIDERS FROM BOWING OR MOVING WHEN FILLED WITH SAND, END WALL BUTTRESSES ARE STEEPED TO ALLOW INSTALLERS EASY EGRESS FROM COMPLETED STRUCTURE, NO PAINTING OR OTHER FINISHING OF THE SYSTEM IS REQUIRED, DIMENSIONS: 4 EACH - 16'W X 7'H X 3'D; 6 EACH - 12'W X 7'H X 3'; 4 EACH = 11'W X 7'W X 3'; 2 EACH - 43'W X 7'H X 3'; 2 EACH - 27'W X 7'H X 3'.
