This combined solicitation/synopsis is issued as a 100% small business set aside in lieu of unrestricted (see note 1). Please remove clause 52.219-4 and replace with clauses 52. 219-6 and 52.219-14. Also, as a clarification the applicable specification is ASTM A331, cold rolled.
