Description

Request for quotes for the following: Base option with two option year lease of two 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis GS-4 Door Sedans with all standard features Convenience Package. Cloth Interiors. One must be black in color and one must be blue in color. No deviations from color or type of vehicle will be considered. Performance period is anticipated to be from May 1, 2002 through April 30, 2002 for base year and two option one year periods. All option years are subject to the availability of next fiscal year funding. Pricing is required to include a mileage allowance of 12,000 miles per year, taxes if applicable, licensing and registration fees. The contractor shall provide with response his companies business size, taxpayer id number, complete name and address and anticipated delivery schedule. Award will be made to the lowest reasonable price and responsive offeror. This is a go/no go request for quotes. No other solicitation will be mailed. All responses must be made by the closing date to be considered for award. Responses are due by 5:00 pm, Central Standard time, April 10, 2002.
