The purpose of this modification M003 is to correct the Communication Equipment part numbers for Line Items 15, 17 and 28, to correct the Fiber Optic part numbers and to establish the due date of bids. Under the Communication Equipment, Line Item 15, change part number "4FCC-2401 to read 3395." Line Item 17, change part number "4FCC-2402 to read 3396." Line Item 28, change part number "4FCC-2401-59 to read 3200." Under the Fiber Optic Equipment Line Item 1, change part number "Fiber-MTPMTP24PL250 to read Fiber-18JZ18JZA12FMQ250." Line Item 2, change part number "Fiber-TPMTP12PL250 to read Fiber-18JZ18JZA12BMQ250." Line Item 3 No Change. Line Item 4, change part number "Fiber-Cassette to read CAQM-CIFB1020." Line Item 5, change part number "Fiber-Blank to read 18JZ18JZA12BMQ300." Line Item 6, change part number "MTPMTP12PL300 to read Fiber-WAC-8X." Line Item 7, change part number Fiber-WAC-8X to read EFSCP-08M." Line Item 8, change part number "J22IIM-08M to read EFSCP-15M."
