- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, Zumro Emergency Shelter and accessories, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, F62509-02-Q-D002 is issued as a Request for Quotation (See attached). This requirement is set-aside for small business concerns IAW FAR 19.502-2 for associated NAICS code 421910, size standard 59,861. The following provisions are incorporated by reference and will be removed from the resultant award: FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-3. The following clauses are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.247-38, 52.252-2, and 252.204-7004. Offerors are asked to complete the attached RFQ and return via fax or email.
