NA PRON: AX2F0198AX, NSN: 3040-01-197-1745, PN: 70400-08110-060, Quantity: 115 each min./ 1115 each max. and PRON: AX2F0206AX, NSN: 3040-01-285-3018, PN: 70400-08110-061, Quantity: 228 each min./ 1428 each max., this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. The required delivery with First Article Testing is 343 each 360, first article test report due 228 DACA. Required delivery without f irst article test is 343 each 240 DACA. This is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. This item is restricted to Rotair Industries, Inc., 964 Crescent Ave., P.O. Box 4098, Bridgeport, CT 06607-1025 Tek Precision Co.LTD., 205 West Industry CT., P.O. Box 90 20, Deer Park, NY 11729. and Alken Industries, Inc., 2175 Fifth Avenue, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prio r to the closing dated stated above. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firm s that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and lo oking under SAR information. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains data which is consi dered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States.
