Description

NA Introduction. The Project Manager, Milsatcom (PM Milsatcom), is conducting Market Research to identify sources capable of meeting the Government?s requirements for Lightweight Multi-band Satellite Terminals (LMST) spare parts. We request that capable sources provide detailed information about products meeting the identified technical and schedule requirements. We have a requirement for 13 TWTs, with a required delivery date of 30 days ARO. The parts must be form fit functional replacements of the parts presently in the LMST, the part numbers shown below are the exact parts in the LMST. The detailed technical requirements for the parts shown below. TWT: Traveling Wave Tube Elta Part # EL/T-4038 used in HPA Harris Part No. 3026056-001 and 3037217-101 Quantity: 13 ea The EL/T- 4038 is a triband TWT, capable of delivering 300 Watt RF power with in the C, X and Ku frequency bands, with 40 dB(min.) gain @ rated power. Performance Parameters: Frequency Range: B1: 5.85 to 6.4 Ghz B2: 7.9 to 8.4 Ghz B3: 14 to 14.5 GHz Power Output (min.): B1: 300 Watt B2: 400 Watt B3: 300 Watt Gain @ Rated Power: 40 dB min.
