Description

NA Furnish and deliver five (5) complete wheel assemblies and deliver same to the New Bedford Hurricane Barrier, New Bedford, MA. The assemblies shall consist of five (5) Cast Austenitic Ductile Iron Wheels; five (5) Forged Alloy Steel Shafts; ten (10) Cast N ickel-Aluminum-Bronze Bushings; ten (10) Cast Nickel-Aluminum-Bronze Sleeves; twenty (20) Aluminum-Bronze Washers; ten (10) PVC Retaining Rings and ten (10) Rubber o-Ring Seals. The wheel assemblies shall shop assembled, packed, shipped and unloaded at the designated storage location at the New Bedford Hurricane Barrier, New Bedford, MA. Specifications and drawing will be available on or about 17 May 2002. Requests for the Solicitation may be faxed to (978) 318-8207. All responsible sources may submit a quo tation which will be considered by the New England District.
