Description: Modification one to this solicitation is to incorporate the following provisions and clauses by reference. 52.217-5, 52.217-9, 52.228-8, 52.232-19 and 52.232-23. Maintenance will be provided by the Government and should not be included in the pricing. Total of all years base plus options will not exceed three years. The government reserves the right to lease on a month to month basis as a phase in/phase out at the end of the lease term for up to six months.
