Description: Amendment No. A001 to EMV-2002-RQ-0011 results in the following changes to the original quotation description: a. In Item 1's description change "C, X, Ku-Band..." to read "Ku-Band...." b. Under MANDATORY, change "System must be C-Band, X-Band, and Ku-Band capable" to read "System must be Ku-Band capable only." All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
