Description

The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veternary Service (VS), intends to issue a sole source contract to the company Strube Packing Company. The procurement is for collection of biological samples from sheep. The contract will be a firm fixed price, FOB destination and is being handled as a commercial item procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12. . The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
