- This publication serves as a Notice that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a firm-fixed price contract for construction services with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This acquisition is 100% set aside under the 8(a) program, utilizing Doyne/Nabholz, Incorporated. This sole source acquisition is authorized under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(5). The NAIC?s Code is 23332, the work includes modification to an existing warehouse at the Federal Correctional Institution, located at Bastrop, Texas. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
