- Description
- The Immigration and Naturalization Service, Dallas, Texas is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation ACD-2-Q-0012 is being issued as a Request for Quotation and shall be referenced on any quotation. The quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-05. The Standard Industrial Code is 7382, (NAICS code is 561621) with a business standard of $10.5 millions of dollars. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This contract action will result in a Firm Fixed Price - One Time Buy contract. The government intends to purchase on an all or none basis the following items. Delivery is to be FOB destination to the U.S. Border Patrol Sector Headquarters - Electronics, 2605 5th Avenue SE Havre, MT, 59501. Delivery shall be within 120 days after award of the contract. Inspection and acceptance shall also occur at destination. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
