- DESC: Synopsis: This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract for WIRING HARNESSES APPLICABLE TO THE MQM-107 SYSTEM, NSN: 6150-01-385-1295GX, P/N: 007-7183-9. The basic is for 3 each, and three out-year options for 5 each. Required Delivery is 29 Nov 02. Material: Wire and Rubber. Function: Carries Electrical Signals to Turn Fuel on/off to POD from Drone. Dimensions: 5'L x 3"W. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 23 Apr 02 with the approximate response date of 24 May 02. No hard copies of solicitation will be issued. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting Officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
