Description

Construct a new facility approximately 8,987 SF adjacent to the existing Youth Center facility, building 2800 on McConnell AFB. This project also includes expanding the existing parking area and constructing a new ball field. This construction project will be contingent upon the availability of funds as cited in FAR 52.232-18, APR 1984. This acquisition is offered as full and open competition. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS is 23332. The performance period will be 548 calendar days. The solicitation will be posted on or about 26 Dec 01. The site visit will be scheduled for on or about 4 Jan 02.
