Description

NA PRON: AX246188AX, NSN: 1560-01-170-5256, PN: 7-311412035-3, Quantity 329 each applicable to AH-64 Airframe unit. The approved sources are Composite Structures LLC (14972) and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co (8V613). The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source(s). The required delivery when First Article Testing is applicable is 25 each 360 Days After Contract Award and 25 each the followi ng months until complete. The First Article Test Report is due 228 Days After Contract Award. The required delivery when alternate II is recommended is 25 each 300 Days After Contract Award and 25 each the following months until complete. When First A rticle is not required the required delivery is 25 each 240 Days After Contract Award and 25 each month thereafter until complete. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The c losing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in or der to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information.
