NA TECHNICAL & FIELD SUPPORT SERVICES MARKET SURVEY DESCRIPTION INTRODUCTION & PURPOSE The Program Executive Office for PEO Command Control Communications Tactical (PEO C3T), Project Manager Warfighter Information Network ? Tactical (PM WIN-T) is seeking information for planning purposes. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitatio n or as any obligation on the part needs of PEO C3T, PM WIN-T. INTENT This is a market survey to locate sources capable of providing technical services in support of a variety of tactical circuit switches, message switches, and communications management systems presently in operation with the US Armed Forces. PEO C3T, PM WIN-T does not intend to award a contract on the basis of responses received nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted or for PEO C3T, PM WIN-T?s use of such information. Acknowledgement of receipt of responses will not be made, n or will respondents be notified of PEO C3T, PM WIN-T?s evaluation of the information received. As a result of this notice, PEO C3T, PM WIN-T may issue a Request for Proposal (RFP). However, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims again st PEO C3T, PM WIN-T shall arise as a result of a response to this Source Solicitation/Request for Information (SS/RFI) or PEO C3T, PM WIN-T?s use of such information as either part of our evaluation or in developing specifications for any subsequent requi rement. OBJECTIVE PEO C3T, PM WIN-T is seeking to identify qualified vendors capable of providing Program Management, System Engineering, Software Engineering, Logistical Support, Training Device upgrades, Fielding/Field Support, Depot Support, Testing Support with a limi ted production capability. These support elements are required for the following systems: Network Management: Integrated System Control (V1, V2, V3). Army Common User System: AN/TRC-191 (Radio Access Unit), AN/TTC-39/TYC-39 family of circuit and message switches, Enhanced Switch Operations Program (ESOP), Mobile Subscriber Equipment (MSE) family of circuit switches, MSE family of transmission shelters to include LOS (V3.) with upgraded Enhanced Super Group Multiplexer, MSE Radios, MD-1270 Transmission Int erface Module (TIM), AN/TTC-56 Single Shelter Switch, Single Shelter Switch Base Band Node, Compact Digital Switch (CDS), Switch Multiplexer Unit (SMU), Line Terminal Unit (LTU), Single Row Nest (SRN),Tactical Interface Adapter (TIA), Tactical High Speed D ata Network (THSDN), First Digitized Division/First Digitized Corp ATM with applicable LOS shelters, Information Assurance Management Cell (IAMC), Tactical Area Perimeter Protection Systems (TAPPS) and other applicable peripheral/interface devices and equ ipment. General Dynamics C4 Systems is the only manufacturer of the equipment/systems to be supported and the Government does not hold the rights to much of the data required to perform the required services. Responses to this announcement should contain a Title Page and Synopsis. The title page should contain the vendor name, date, and the name and telephone number of the author and/or other points of contact. The synopsis should provide evidence of vendor e xperience and briefly summarize the capabilities of the vendor to satisfy the above requirements given that the Government cannot provide the necessary technical data to perform the required support services. The synopsis should also reflect the vendor?s p revious demonstrated performance in providing services of comparable complexity. Vendors must provide the information in writing to Project Manager, WIN-T, ATTN: SFAE-C3T-WIN-TMD, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000.
