Description

NA The work consists of miscellaneous repairs throughout the Memphis District. These repairs may include levee slide repairs, channel scour repairs, culvert replacements, and other repairs. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials ? excep t as specified ? and equipment for the work. The work includes, but is not limited to: clearing; stripping; grubbing; excavation, stockpiling of material; debris disposal; placement of geotextile, filter material and riprap; compaction; levee restoration using geogrid; and establishment of turf. This contract has a base year and four one-year options, with a cumulative total not to exceed $1,500,000 per contract period. This will be an unrestricted procurement. To qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated, and not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the three preceding fiscal years not exceeding $28.5 million. The supplies or services to be procured are classified under NAICS 234990, and SIC 1629. The official copy of this solicitation will be provided on compact disk at no charge.
