Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC SD) intends to issue Request for Proposals (RFP) No. N66001-02-R-5039 for operation and maintenance services in support of command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems and subsystems for the Joint Southern Surveillance Reconnaissance Operations Center (JSSROC), the U.S. Southern Command and the Joint Inter-Agency Task Force East. The support services will be performed primarily at the JSSROC in Key West, FL and outlying support locations, including Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Peru, Honduras, Venezuela, the JSSROC Support Facility in San Diego, CA and other locations as scheduled by authorities. Services include C4ISR systems and subsystems design, network engineering, computer systems operations and maintenance, communications systems operations and maintenance, including tower maintenance, software development and programming, post-deployment software support, configuration management, integrated logistics support and systems upgrades, testing, training and integration. The RFP number identified herein hereby supersedes Request for Information N66001-02-R-9999 that was initially issued for this requirement. The estimated level of effort of this RFP is 300,800 hours for the entire performance period, which will consist of a one-year year base with four one-year options for a total of five years. This is a full and open competition procurement and a single award will be made on an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity basis with a cost plus fixed fee pricing arrangement. The applicable NAICS is 541330. The estimated release date for the solicitation is 20 May 2002.
