Description

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) seeks a qualified contractor to perform on-site generator maintenance at FEMA's Guam Logistic Center in Sumay Naval Station, Guam. There are approximately 56 generators ranging in size from 9.6kw to 500kw. Services will include one (1) annual inspection and eleven (11) run-ups over a one year period to include but not be limited to load bank testing, oil change, and filter change. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Contractors interested in receiving a copy of the REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) must submit a written request for the RFQ to: Michael Koeppel, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, P.O. Box 29998 / Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, CA 94129. Written requests may also be submitted by email to: michael.koeppel@fema.gov or by facsimile transmission to (415)923-7126. It is expected that simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized for this procurement. The response date specifed for this procurement refers to the due date for receipt of requests for a copy of the RFQ. The RFQ is expected to be issued shortly thereafter. Please reference the location of the generator maintenance and the Solicitation (RFQ) Number on the request.
