Description

The Contractor shall provide the facility and all necessary management, supervision, personnel, equipment, and supplies to establish and operate two telework centers located in Montgomery County, MD. One center will be located along the route 355 / I-270 corridors and the other along the Georgia Avenue / New Hampshire Avenue corridors. The exact locations are to be determined as part of this contract. A separate award will be made for each center. This will be a negotiated procurement using the tradeoff process described in the source selection procedures at FAR Subpart 15.3. Performance for the initial period is expected to begin o/a September 1, 2002 and continue through August 31, 2003. The Government will have a unilateral option to extend the term for four additional years on a year-to-year basis. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued o/a April 18, 2002 with the closing date o/a May 21, 2002. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
