Description: It is the purpose of this solicitation to secure the services for a variety of Precommercial Thinning, Hand Slash Piling, Mechanical Chipping and Pruning. This will be an indefinite quantity project over the next five-year period. Currently all units of work are at the Chrmult Ranger District and accessible by forest roads to the site or within a reasonable walking distance. Chemult is located 70 miles north of Klamath Falls, Oregon and 70 miles south of Bend, Oregon on Hwy 97. Expected issue date is approximately April 16, 2002.
