Description: Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Open World in Seattle, WA for the NOAA Ofifce of Response & Restoration (OR&R). Purpose of proposed action is to modify existing order with Open World to add $15,000to translate approximately 60,000 words from Spanish to English.
