- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F25600-02-T-0046 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2001-04. This procurement is set aside for 100% small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 221330. The business size standard is 10.5 million. Offutt AFB intends to issue a purchase order for the following services: STATEMENT OF WORK: 0001 80 Ton Air Cooled Chiller 460V/3PH with extras as follows; vibration insulators, flow switch, control power transformers, 5 year compressor warranty, factory disconnect switch, factory start up pressure gauges, chilled water reset control, hail guard protection and remote displays, MFG Trane, MFG Part # RTAA080. 0002 110 Ton Air Chiller 460V/3PH with extras as follows; vibration insulators, flow switch, control power transformers, 1 year compressor warranty, factory disconnect switch, factory start up pressure gauges, chilled water reset control, and remote displays. Also, 150-psi vapor flow switch, across the line starter, terminal block connections, standard adaptive control with slide valve unloads for accurate load matching and factory start up. Optional items will include factory installed coil protection (louvered panels) factory installed disconnect switch factory installed low ambient control to 0 degrees F and various warranty packages, MFG Trane, MFG Part # RTAA110. THE CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD. IF NOT ALREADY REGISTERED IN CCR, GO TO WWW.CCR2000.COM TO REGISTER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING QUOTE. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE ALLOWED.
