Ehealth Licenses: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE <br><br> Contracting Office: Department of the Air Force, Air Force Material Command, Electronic Systems Center, HQ Standard Systems Group, Directorate of Contracting, 490 East Moore Dr., Suite 270, MAFB-Gunter Annex AL 36114-3000 <br><br> Notice of intent to Award Sole Source to: Concord Communications, Inc.™ to provide one each of the following: eHealth console, Live Health Small, Health Reports, Service Level Reports, eHealth Response, Network Health, LiveTrend (Standalone), and eHealth Developer Program – USER. Schedule A Elements, Qty 110, Schedule B elements, Qty 560, Schedule C Elements, Qty 160, and SystemEDGE, Qty 50. Intention: Award one RF server license directly with the company Concord Communications Inc. Justification: supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all proposals received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Manager or Contracting Officer, but to communicate offeror concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of the proposals or in the source selection process. The Ombudsman should only be contacted with issues or problems previously brought to the attention of the Program Manager and/or the Contracting Officer, which could not be satisfactorily resolved, or issues that require contractor confidentiality.
