PURCHASE OF ONE EA MOBILE INDOOR FIRING RANGE UNDER THE FOREIGN COMPARATIVE TESTING PROGRAM WITH THE OPTION TO PURCHASE FOUR ADDITIONAL UNITS Specifications: - Pre-certified by HQ AFSFC and HQ AFCESA - Pre-fabricated modular design and construction using ballistic steel containers - Portable, modular, indoor firing range facility - Has built-in ventilation system - Has built-in electronic target retrieval system - Range control booth equipped with full electronic centralized controls for entire firing range - Range control booth surrounded by 10mm ballistic steel and bulletproof glass, with separate ventilation system - 1 year full performance guarantee - 10 year guarantee on ISOPOL structure - 3 year guarantee on paint and metal protection - 25 meter range - 8 shooting positions - Savage Wet Snail Bullet Trap - Fluorescent lighting - dimmable - Rubber flooring in range limited to 2 modules behind firing point - Suspended ceiling and wall covering to match rubber floor locations - Public Address System - Shooting booths - bullet proof - Targetry and central control in control room - 1-way/non-turning targets - Target control at shooting booth - Headset communications - Full installation - 1 - Toilet facility - 1 - Storage room facility Project includes delivery and installation of range to RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom. Range will be tested by the US Government for 12 months. During this period contractor is responsible for maintenance of range. After successful completion of test the US Government intends to purchase four additional units for Ramstein AB, Sembach AB, Spangdahlem AB (all Germany) and RAF Molesworth, UK.
