Description

NA SOLICITATION DADW35-02-T-0086 FOR RODENT AND INDOOR PEST CONTROL AT ANC AND USSAHNC IS EXTENDED TO TUESDAY, APRIL 9, 2002, 1400 HOURS TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING CLARIFICATIONS: The proposed prices should reflect: CLIN 0001AB and 0001AC, 17 visits each; CLINs 0 002AB, 0002AC, 0003AB, 0003AC 39 visits each. No additional CLINS are necessary. Note that visits to both ANC and USSAHNC have been included in the number of visits estimated. The total period of performance for this requirement will include a base period from the date of award through September 30, 2002 and two, 12-month option periods. No documents will be sent or Faxed to offerors. The previous Amendment is corrected to change the description for CLINS 0001AB, 0002AB and CLIN 0003AB to read, ?Maintain th ese established outdoor rodent bait stations.?
