Description

The Government intends to award of Task Order 0002 against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-00-G-0257 for various components of the AN/SLQ-20B Countermeasures Set and its subassemblies. The hardware will be procured from BAE Systems, Advanced Systems Division, One Hazeltine Way, Greenlawn, NY 11740-1606 on a sole source basis citing statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition title 10, U.S.C. 2304c (1) Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. BAE is the original equipment manufacturer of the AN/SLQ-20B Countermeasures Set and all of its subassemblies. To ensure plug-in capability and interchangeability, only original equipment parts and components will fulfill the system specification. The following items are to be procured: CLIN 0001: P/N 1005929G-1 Sum Front End-Qty 7 each; CLIN 0002: P/N1005912G-1 Memory Board-Qty 7 each; CLIN 0003: P/N 1005931G Receiver-3-Qty 7 each; CLIN 0004: P/N 1005915G-1Video Processor ; CLIN 0005: P/N 1005911G-2 MCU Power Supply-Qty 7 each; CLIN 0006: P/N 1006034G-1 Trans/Filter-Qty 7 each. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Note 22 applies.
