Full Maintenance (Mechanical, O&M, and Custodial) Services, El Paso/Marfa/Fabens,TX and Alamogordo, NM. Solicitation is scheduled to issue o/a 3/06/2002. Anticipated contract period is July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003 with 4 additional 1-year options.
