Description

All requests for RFQ-OPPM-02-Q-25 must be faxed to the attention of LaTonya Richardson on 202/720-9226, referencing RFQ number and contractor's complete mailing address, including fax/phone numbers. This requirement will be conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of Operations, Washington Area Service Center, requests 25 Carrier Induction Units (Left Hand Mount) #36RV41JR33, and 25 Carrier Induction Units (Right Hand Mount) #36RV41JL33. Accessories to be included: three (3) Air Inlet Transition Fittings; one (1) carton of 40 Ling screens; six (6) cartons of 8 Wall Mounting Strips; 50 Enclosures with set-up; and 50 Discharge Grilles per unit. FOB Destination to Washington, DC. Brand name or equal for all products may be accepted. Delivery date: 30 days after receipt of order. SIC Code: 5075. NAICS CODE: 333415. This procurement will be awarded via written Request for Quotation. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Anticipated award date: March 27, 2002.
