Description

Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Personnel Decisions International (PDI) to provide Behavioral Event Interviewing Leader and Participant kits. This contract will be a base year with 4-option years. These kits are supplies to supplement Behavioral Event Interviewing Training Program conducted by the Agency. The Participant Kit is tabbed sections containing detailed information on each aspect of the interview process. The Interview Kit is a condensed step-by-step version of how to conduct the interview, including questions and probes for a particular job family. This information is in a tabbed, 8 1/2 inch x 5 1/2 inch spiral notebook which is attached inside a portfolio next to a pad of interview forms. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AVAILABLE. The Personnel Decisions International is the only know source that can provide this type of supply. All interested concerns must identify their interest in writing and fully document their capability to meet the agency's requirements by forwarding a detailed response by April 23, 2002. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to Madonna Langley at (301) 504-4276. All proposals from responsible sources will be considered by the Agency. If no affirmative, written response is received by April 23, 2002, to determine that another source is available, negotiations will take place with Personnel Decisions International.
