Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability to provide residential Comprehensive Sanction Center (CSC) services and Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment services for male and female offenders in the Denver, Colorado area. Location of the facility shall be within the boundaries of the following cities in Colorado, Denver, Boulder, and Ft. Collins areas. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. Those parties interested in providing these services are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons? Statement of Work entitled, ?Comprehensive Sanction Center? (CSC)?, dated January 2002 and Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT), dated November 1999. A requirements contract is anticipated. The services are estimated to be 85% male and 15% female. The estimated number of inmate days are 47,450 for the two-year base period and 23,725 for each of the three one-year option periods. TDAT services are as follows: Estimated number of 50 inmates, 8 intake assessments, 48 individual counseling sessions, 144 group counseling sessions for the base period. Estimated number of 25 inmates, 4 intake assessments, 24 individual counseling sessions, and 72 group counseling sessions, for option year one, two, and three respectively. The estimated RFP issue date is April 10, 2002 and the estimated closing date is June 10, 2002. Multiple awards are possible under this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests for solicitations will be accepted.
