- Description
- The Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review intends to procure a venue in which to hold its annual Immigration Judges Conference. The conference is to be held in Chicago, Illinois from June 22 through June 27, 2003. The conference will have up to 300 attendees and 12 to 15 speakers and include a welcoming reception; classroom style plenary sessions and workshops; and one luncheon for all attendees. All workshops and plenary sessions will begin each morning at 8:30am with the day ending at 5:30pm. The sessions and workshops will include a 15 minute break in the morning; a break for lunch and a 15 minute break in mid-afternoon. For conference venue minimum requirements, interested parties must download DOJ0050ATTACH1 to this request for quotation. The requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. FAR 52.212.3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, must be completed and included with any and all offers submitted in response to this solicitation. FAR Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial items is hereby incorporated by reference.
