- CONTRACTOR TO FURNISH AND INSTALL A 10-TON (120,000 BTU) CONDENSING UNIT WITH A NEW COOLING COIL, FILTER RACK AND NEW TEMPERATURE CONTROLS TO INTERFACE WITH THE NEW AC SYSTEM AND THE EXISTING HEATING SYSTEM. THE EXISTING HEATING SYSTEM IS A JACKSON & CHURCH PRODUCT(S) OF DONLEE TECHNOLOGIES OF YORK, PA. NAME OF UNIT IS A FLEX AIRE MODEL SDF-30/30/25-GFU BLOWER 240 VOLT 3 PHASE AND THE INDUCER, BURNER AND CONTROLLER ARE ALL 115 VOLT 1 PHASE. CONTRACTOR MAY REQUEST A SITE VISIT BY CONTACTING MR.
