- Description
- Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, parts, equipment, maintenance, fuel and vehicles to provide ?MEDIVAN TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE and COURTESY TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE? services for the Omahan NE VA Medical Center for the period commencing June 1, 2002 through May 31, 2003, and four (4) subsequent renewal periods in accordance with the terms and conditions of solicitation 636-29-02. Offers are due by May 10th, 2002, at 4:30 PM CST. NAICS code 488991 with a small business classification of $5 M applies. This procurement is classified as a 100% small business set-aside for commercail services. Electronic versions of the soliciation are available. Requests for hard copy must be in writing and can be faxed to 402-449-0612. Offers are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. NOTE: This solicitation replaces previous RFP No. 636-39-01.
