Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for proposal (RFP). The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure solicitation number F8010120390100 as a sole source, Firm Fixed price contract. The award date is expected to be no later than 23 April 2002. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-05. The negotiation authority for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). The NAICS Code assigned to this project is 541519 and the dollar amount is $18,000,000.00. This contract is to be awarded to Telos Corporation, which is a large business located in Ashburn, Virginia. The contractor will provide subscription service for Xacta Web Certification and Accreditation (C&A) for the Air Force Pentagon Communications Agency located at 1600 Air Force Pentagon, Washington DC, 20330-1600. Additionally, the offeror shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (ALT I)(FEB 2001), and DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (NOV 1995), with this offer. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Contractors may register in the CCR by visiting the CCR website at www.ccr2000.com. Solicitation closing date is 23 April 2002. All offers must be received by 3:00 PM EST.
