- Description
- This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source utilities contract to the Fairbanks/North Star Borough Solid Waste Division, for Tipping Services to Eielson AFB. This purchase will be conducted IAW FAR Part 41 and the procedures for Other Than Full and Open Competition IAW FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 19 April 2002. This notice is not a request for offers, and a solicitation shall not be issued.
