Description: NA The Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMC0M) has a requirement for the purchase of the Improved Cargo Helicopter (ICH) 47F Aircraft, Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Lot 1 and Option for Lot 2, Long Lead Items for Lot 2, Initial Spare Parts to support L RIP Aircraft, Engineering Services to support LRIP Aircraft and Lean Manufacturing. LRIP, Lot 1 and 2, Not-To-Exceed (NTE) 30 aircraft collectively. Engineering support is required for a period of 12 months for the LRIP 1 and 2 aircraft. The U.S. Army d oes not have the technical data package that contains the design data, manufacturing processess and test data required for competitive modernization of the CH-47D to CH-47F.
