- NA This requirement is a follow-on effort to Contract DAAH23-99-C-0054 with Honeywell International, Inc., Albuquerque, NM for the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior Control Display System Version 4 (CDS4). This is for Phase IIB which includes maintenance of the Software Integration Lab (SWIL) and full integration, qualification, delivery, and support for the Objective Joint Variable Message Format (O-JVMF) messaging capability for OH-58D Kiowa Warrior, including development and incorporation of a PMCIA based Data Transfer System (PC-DTS) into the CDS4 O-JVMF configuration. Phase IIB shall be targeted at the -304 IDM software that provides fully qualified integration of Embedded Battlefield Command (EBCC) Version 3.4. This effort may include an option for production deliv ery of the PC-DTS hardware. See Note 22.
